I'm on Xbox 360 and I've been plagued with an issue since the launch of Trials of Osiris. Right as a round ends my screen freezes. I'm still able to hear my friends in Xbox Live party chat, but unable to open up the Xbox Guide. I'm forced to power off my Xbox and take the loss which ruins my flawless Passage Card. My teammates tell me they also get Error Code Salamander and Error Code Pumpkin when they're waiting in the result screen as I'm frozen. Please help me as I've tried everything possible to fix this. I have a wired connection with no packet loss, and my upload/download speed is not the issue. Any suggestions on troubleshooting or fixing this issue? Thank you.
