Here's the thing. You are a product of a long standing political smear that demonizes all forms of politics other than those of conservative agendas, whether you are a conservative or you're not. Same politics that caused socialism to be synonymous with communism. They're two different things. When socialism has good intentions, not that I'm an advocate of it, but i see it for what it really is.
When liberalism is, by definition and ideology, what ACTUALLY made this country a free place. This trend of spitting on liberalism was put in place by people that want the power to stay where it is. And you would be a fool to think the people that hold the power right now aren't corrupt as fůck. This, in essence, makes you a drone. A pawn. Successfully brainwashed and on you go to spew the archaic and ignorant propagandist political poison of your likewise ignorant masters.

So instead, liberals have to use emotion-based tactics and attack the motives of people they disagree with while attempting to keep any argument but their own from being heard at all. Funny enough, Lincoln made a Fox News bashing topic and of course, a jimmy rustled conservative posted "Yeh well wat about CNN and msnbc?" Followed by typical insults. I asked him to make a CNN/msnbc thread and insult them there, since this ones about Fox News. He was too lazy, but this kind gentlemen seemed to make it right after. Do love you took this topic seriously though, just like american news takes itself seriously.
