Is this every match or only a few matches? Also, have you checked any Trials of Osiris posts to see if anyone else is having this problem?
The fact that your Xbox Live party works but you have to quit the game leads me to believe the opposing team is cheating. Write down their gamertags, if you can confirm they are cheating you should immediately report them.

Yeah this is how it happens before each dos. At least in the experiences I've seen. Each time, today at least, was exactly the same.

If it happens that often then it's not. If you have a Twitter, try tweeting @BungieHelp. They're usually pretty good with responses. Good luck.

I just got caterpillared on the final match to go flawless. Error codes are a major problem.

I'm getting also the same problem. I can still hear my friends but can't open the Xbox guide.. I have to totally turn off my Xbox.. Bungie needs to fix this fast, cause I've been grinding away for hours and it sucks to have my friends that want me in ToO.. Ugh this is frustrating..
