Saw someone get that yesterday, I'm excited for one.
Fyi though, to save you some motes, field scout isn't available as a perk on any HoW MG. You can now get casket mag, which increases ammo capacity at the cost of a heap of stability.
Iirc, I think it has a pretty respectable capacity by default though.

Casket Mag reduces the stability, but its still greater than its RoF. So its still very stable.

Yeah my friend rolled casket on his along with spray and crowd. The stability is already so high that casket is almost not even a penalty. It's stab with that penalty is still say higher than all the other mgs I listed.
