You forgot the first and most important step: Have a good team.
On my 32 run this week I had a 33 Titan who kept dying at round 4, couldn´t dismantle mines and cursed at us for "not standing on the ledge so the ads won´t spawn.
On my 34 run I had a 33 Warlock who died each time as soon as we entered the boss round.

I´m trying to get a crew to run the PoE every week with the same guys but I haven´t been succesful yet The bad thing is that I´m definitely not a third wheel...I can play well and sometimes score the best. But my skill level is not high enough to be able to solo things or carry someone.
