I think it could be cool idea so that if you wear a complete set of armor, such as the ones you get from vendors, you get a buff to any perks the Armour gives. I.e, some Armour gives increases melee speed, if you wear the complete set, this is increased further. This would be a good reward for things such as full New Monarchy or Dead Orbit Armour.
