Class Specific Sparrows!

Wouldn't that be amazing? At LVL 20 or so you get a quest from your mentor to speak with the Shipwright. She then give you the details on building your sparrow! In the end: Hunters: Fastest of the 3, and cloak when taking damage. Warlocks: Fast, and have a special blink drive installed, allowing short range teleportation when R2+L2 are pressed. Titans: Slightly slower than the other two, somewhere between the size of a sparrow and a pike, and after boosting for a short period of time, press R2 and shoot forward with a burst of speed. Possibly allowing you to destroy another vehicle/guardian/large enemy in your path! Sparrow comes to a near stop immediately after.

  • I will post this separate, I do not want titan to be at all like a pike. I would rather, vehicles later be allowed to be salvages, like pikes, heavy pikes, interceptors, and turrets for summoning from ghost... Possibly 2 summons options pike/heavy be a primary(or special, hell lets have 3 options) vehicle, and interceptor / turret be a heavy one.... after all, no sparrow, and only a turret.... how you gonna move? (unless it gets some legs and can crawl... still not fast oo I'd do that, crawling around, I AM A CRAWLER!)

  • Cant we change a lil more? and focus on abilities like jumping, and anything else that standsout Hunters, speed and cloak nice, (should have more cloak options) some sort of special boost jump type thing? just a burst? (could make useful for dodging, or getting up where sparrows normally do not go) Warlocks, Blink? naw, something I think should be implemented, is a slow recovery system where sparrow heals itself, Warlocks, could repair much much quicker, and have some gliding like effect ability... (if there's any places with gaps, warlock sparrow may have better abilities for crossing).... would be nice to actually turn in the air (and not act like all we are riding are re skinned motorbikes that require ground contact to move or turn) Titans, Extremely durable, can take on much more sustained fire. Boosting? hm, matches lift, should allow clearing gaps, preventing some decent. I think looking at juggernaut and shoulder charge as decent effects to modify into vehicle, kinda like you stated... Focus on guardian movements as well as specialisations :p [b]Hunter - speed - burst jump - cloaking[/b] (Cloaking is an ability in bladedancer super, which has relevance in my version of reasoning) [b]Warlock - recovery - gliding from trajectory - ???[/b] Needs a nice ability matching warlocks, i say sunsingers specifically ( song of flame related? giving some boost to nearby sparrows?, radiance? brief ability that protect rider, boosting durability?... Fireborn - no cooldown, able to rebuild sparrow instantly?) [b]Titan - Durability - Boost / lift - Shield/Ram[/b] Maybe add a defensive mode that is kinda like WoD?) I like the shielding abilities of this one, matched durability
