On my hunter, I received the class item, emblem, shader, and ship from the Lv35 PoE. I see everywhere that this is a guaranteed drop for everybody upon their first chest open on Lv 35. However, when I proceeded to complete Lv 35 on my Titan, I only received the class item and then nothing on my warlock. My question is, is the shader, class item, ship, and emblem only guaranteed once per Xbox account? And if so, will I be able to receive them by completing again either the same week or will I have to wait for the next week?
