What Elitists Think of Noobs in the Trials!!!
First of all - no, this is not a "Guide to Trials."
I've read ridiculous posts about people complaining about the Lighthouse and how "difficult" it is to get there. It's not hard at all. I've been playing PvP since the Alpha (check my medal score) and have been good at it (check my K/D). Well, Control isn't up to par due to Iron Banner, though.
Anyhow, as for the people Crying about it - there's two ways to look at it.
1.) All the people who want Xur to sell Ghorn. This is us PvP players saying, "No! You don't get an easy way out!" You either EARN it or don't! Suck it up! You can't cheese your way to nine straight wins.
2.) This is the PvP Raid. PvE kids got Crota, Atheon, & Skolas! We got one, too. …and it's the hardest raid in the game.
I don't feel sorry for the people who can't do it. They don't DESERVE it. They didn't EARN it. There are two things that give me great satisfaction in Trials!!! I will share them with you.
1.) In order for me (and my team of two others) to make it to the Lighthouse, we had to beat nine teams of three. 9-0. Because of us, twenty-seven people were rejected from the Lighthouse this week - at minimum! Us three are of more importance to this community (PvP wise) so WE were chosen in the stead of those we had beeten. Get this - WE'RE NOT DONE!!! Yup. We can still go in there and farm for gear!!! My team has done this on all their characters and we've started new ones! How many times have we seen, "So & so has completed their Trial" after we just stomped them. No gear for you. I'm STILL hungry.
2.) Atheon was weak.
Crota was weak.
Even Skolas was weak.
We beat them all! Even PvE kids beat them.
But in Trials, I AM THE RAID BOSS!!! You don't chase me - I chase YOU. I have the skill, along with my team to ensure hundreds - MAYBE THOUSANDS don't see that Lighthouse this week! I don't see us losing once - let alone THREE times in a single weekend! We (and fiends like us) own Trials!!! Hahahahaha!!!
Oh, the spoils of a hard-earned victory are ever-so delightful.
See you next week! I'll need gear, competition, and a fresh plate of scrubs. Meanwhile I'll be lurking in Skirmish, Rumble, or Clash… muwhahahahaha…

You are the clear definition of a cocksucker, real players that are as good as you claim to be don't brag don't go on calling PvE people kids/Or PvP people dominate over the game. The game was designed to do both. If the game was made for you to strictly play one or the other you wouldn't have exotic bountys including crucible and pvp. You need one to do the other. But anyways besides the point. Stop bousting because you got lucky and played 9 teams that were bad or off there game. So my final thought is that if you want to be as good as you say you are you would stop bousting on forums/ stop trying to put other down and help others out.

Well, mate I am sorry your life perspective has accumulated to such utter horse shit, I play both PVP and PVE, I think that is very in sporting. Based on the bull I just read through there is no hope for you, so find another game or go outside your house for once. Where is the logic in hating other people for playing the same game as you, for playing against you allowing you to be such an elite gamer who's crap smells like roses. Learn respect or get of the servers.

It's about time that the kids who practice and work hard for this to get some type of exclusive reward. In the real world, the best rise to the top, and in the real world, crying about it ends you up homeless. Good work on your wins, now if i could just find two more players I'll have a shot walking into the lighthouse :)

1 ReplyFunny thing is, I made it through trials, and I don't have a great crucible score, but at least I don't lord it over other players acting like a D-bag like you. Players like you who spend their every waking moment playing Destiny non-stop then run to the forums to tell everyone how they suck are the worst kind of scumbags of humanity. It says a lot about your addictive personality followed by some very egotistic and sociopathic traits. Good crucible players, and I mean actual good crucible players that have good win/loss records and also maintain good k/d and spend time mentoring others or helping the community are the kind to look for but are far and few between. Unfortunately most players are not like that and are jerkoffs like you that just want to go "hey look at me, I'm awesome in a [b]video game[/b], I rule at life...." Really kid, it's a video game. I guess for a kid though it's pretty serious business.
