Perfect Vindicator XI ?
I dont really use auto rifles but I got this out of a NM package and the perks on it looked pretty good, how good is it ?

3 RepliesGood roll on a bad rifle. The extra damage with slowed fire definitely helps though. Persistence is an alright perk, outlaw would of been better.
