Basically, once you have obtained any of these items they are permanently placed in a catalogue that you can access via Character Tab, this eliminates clutter and frustration over the hassle of moving things around.
Please Bump / provide feedback if you like this idea or have comments, I think this is a good idea myself.

I feel the shader, emblem and ghost shell should be, but the ship should evolve to be used in multiplayer so we can have ship to ship dogfights and use them in space as vehicles for a nice assault on a base in space. but if not I would settle for it in a catalogue along side the ghosts.

WARNING! IF YOU HAVE NO SPACE IN EMBLEMS AND PLAY TRIAL AND THE MOON OF OSIRIS EMBLEM DROPS, YOU WILL NOT GET IT FROM THE POST MASTER! They said that they are "investigating this" but I just got it and had no space and it was not there at the post master.

I agree with this, I cant carry all my emblems and even had to discard some due to the amount you get on the HOW missions. Vault is full as well

There aren't enough inventory slots for all the shaders and ships in the game. Why didn't they see this coming?

Nice idea, I'd love the option to dismantle my cool ships to make space for new ones, and then buy them back later - same with shaders, too many nice shaders have been dismantled due to lack of space for a select set of extremely rare

Agreed. Obvious and simple. Could really even do it for weapons but would be a little more complex with mods selected and such.

Or at the very least separate ships/shaders from materials in the vault because it makes no sense why they're lumped together like that.
