I'd say triple tap is the "word of Croat" perk it's ok. I would spec it as... True sight is Triple tap More Range (+10) small mag (6 rounds) Outlaw (.5 sec reload) As long as your hitting head shots you should still have 8 rounds and it should reload fast.
