Xbox live always disconnects when i play Destiny and works fine with other games and apps like Netflix.
After playing for a couple minutes, Destiny would just cut to a black screen with the error code Canary then if i went back to the dashboard it would show that xbox live disconnected then within a couple seconds it would work again (The Friends and Store tab would appear) and if i loaded destiny back up the same thing would eventually happen again

Hi McCarsy, Can you tell me what you are doing in-game when this usually happens? Playing Crucible? At the tower? In a strike? This will help us further investigate the matter. In the meantime, I would recommend looking at our help page for CANARY: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11914

I had a similar problem after i changed my modem. I bought a new modem but the exact same model. My wifi worked, my phone still connected and worked with wifi, my wifi laptop worked, my wired desktop worked. The solution that worked for me was to reset my router to factory settings and start from scratch with brand new settings. I haven't had the problem since.

Ok, who's your ISP? And are you using a modem and router or a 2n1 combo/modem router hybrid?

Having the exact same issue, buddy. At first I thought it was my router playing up, but I have my computer and my phone connected to the very same broadband, and they don't disconnect when my Xbox One does. It's either a bug with Destiny, or the Xbox One malfunctioning again. Error Code Canary's been reoccurring for about a week now. They need to fix Xbox One, it's so broken.
