Give it a 250 motes of light cost. Why? Because plastic surgery shouldn't be taken lightly and it gives you incentive to make something you want and take time on it. Not change it whenever you want to.

Motes are the new in-demand currency as of HoW. Even 50 motes would be more than enough to make me think twice. But I'm not suggesting plastic surgery - I think facial features should stay the same. Just hair, markings, and hair color. 5 motes seems like a good cost for that in my mind.

250 is still a better price. Like in grand theft auto you can't just attain property you had to work A LOT for it.
