Calling all Hunters!

I've put 600-700+ hours into a Warlock. I then started playing a Titan, deleted my main Warlock to make 2 Titans and never looked back that was months ago. Now I want a secondary character. I remade my Warlock and started using Hunter. I think the Hunter is pretty cool. It just has this cool vibe to it. In PVP Hunters are pretty good. It's just as enjoyable as my shoulder charging, fistful of lightning Titan in PVP. However in PvE I'm at a loss. I don't feel all that powerful. When comes to smaller enemies I dispatch then very quickly with the combination of precision weapons and throwing knives, quick and easy one shots. But when it comes to things more powerful, I don't feel that great. It also feels like I can't appropriately support my team against difficult enemies aswell. Golden Gun is good on majors or ultras if I pop a few sniper shots into them first, but what's the point if 2 or 3 more shots would've killed him anyway. Any tips guys?

  • My favorite way to play a hunter is scouts with high impact, high stability. Satirienne rapier or badger, for example. Crits on those are easy to land and killer, and when that's stacked with the gunslingers trance and chain of woe you really start to feel powerful. Also, bladedancer with fast twitch and hungering strike is great fun :)
