Edited for shortness: main point grimoire doesn't mean anything. I have everything there is to get in the game for the most part 56 raid completions just added em up from across my characters on activities cleared. The cards for the bosses are based on last hit apparently. 56 is enough to be able to kill the same bosses over and over. I think after one hard completion each I had perfected my part of the fight and never caused a wipe since, aside from the humanly mistake. Grimoire would not affect my skill level if I increased it
for example:
Edit aeon worm made a good point
[/
I only have one lvl 32, I ran hard mode crota for the first time yesterday, missing 4 exotic weapons and I have a 2800 grimoire score.
Edit 2:if I go look up the ghosts right now I could have over 2500, a lot more than I have now and it will be from a couple hours... Then if I did ogres and hydras I would have over 2600 or more. Point being I could according to most of you "increase my skill" by a lot in a couple hours by watching YouTube videos and jumping off a cliff after I kill an ogre over and over lol

2 RepliesLarger grimoire score usually indicates a player has completed most of what Destiny has to offer. When I see a team of six in the Crucible, and all of them have 2800+, I leave before the game starts because I know that team would smash me and five randoms. Grimoire = Experience.
