Xbox One connection problem

I have an Xbox One. I've been having connection issues for over 2 days now. Whenever I press "A" at the title screen it says, "No Internet connection detected. Please check your network configuration and try again. For more information search for: canary." I have tried closing Destiny, power cycling the modem, router, and Xbox, deleting Destiny and re-installing it, setting a static IP on the Xbox One, and forwarding ports. I have also tried 3 different networks. None of these options are resolving the issue. Is there something else that may be going on? Hal

  • Completely uninstall and reinstall. This happened to me in march, along with getting kicked every 5mins if it did let me sign in. After I reinstalled everything, I never had another problem. I'm also on the Xbox One. Good luck!
