Stranger's Rifle
Please Bungie, give us a way to upgrade the stranger's rifle to legendary status. It is an amazing weapon and I would like for it to be relevant outside of PvP. Also while you are at it, allow us to upgrade the Khvostov as well.
Edit: It seems they fixed the Black Garden an it wont give you anymore Strangers Rifles.

So I had the piece of mind to actually hold on to it. I would like for them to either make it legendary or exotic. Would reward the people that have kept it after all this time.
