Stranger's Rifle
Please Bungie, give us a way to upgrade the stranger's rifle to legendary status. It is an amazing weapon and I would like for it to be relevant outside of PvP. Also while you are at it, allow us to upgrade the Khvostov as well.
Edit: It seems they fixed the Black Garden an it wont give you anymore Strangers Rifles.

4 RepliesWhile I agree, the issue with this weapon is that it is non-renewable (once dismantled) outside of deleting and restarting a new character or just starting a new one if you have a free character slot. The prospect of delete/restart may not sit well with some people. There would first have to be a way to reobtain it without requiring a new character be created as there is no current upgrade path. Same goes for the Khovostov (sp?)
