I got the expansion pass for both expansions and im going to get house of wolves but i still don't know what this is supposed to be.. A raid a strike a new story level? What is it?

Not a raid because they Said there is no raid in house of wolves It isn't a strike becuase they are making 2 new strikes It is just a new mode they are making
