I think you have that backwards man, ToO is for best in ratings, not connection, in normal PvP unless their is a fireteam and the matchmaking doesn't break it up or the players leave every match will mostly be dominated by 1 team, seen it i don't know how many times, 7,8,9,10 games in a row, no fireteam's yet matchmaking keeps the same 6 players together and that one team dominates. (I will admit i have sometimes been on that winning team but sometimes i've been on the other side too).

Are you sure? Most IB matches are dominated by one team. I often come out on top of my team... with 1.1 K/D. Sad lag.
