Getting a lot of caterpillar
Usually runs smooth, today I can't complete even a story mission. Is there a problem with the servers ?

I'm on PS4 and matchmaking doesn't work, can barely play patrol for more than 5 minutes without getting kicked to login screen either. Problem was worse yesterday, couldn't even get on. What the hell is happening? Is this because of IB or what?
