I fixed the thorn grimoire text, its wrong.

19 RepliesAny weapon that has been dubbed as 'OP' gains its spectacular effectiveness through its DPS when the target is hit in the head. Suros Regime, Thorn, The Last Word, Red Death are all outstanding weapons, but without precision, these weapons are mediocre at best (Thorn is slightly better but not above and beyond). Anyone who says the Thorn, TLW or any of the aforementioned weapons is for scrubs needs to look in the mirror as they're just upset someone can aim better than them. I know they're over used, and that can be frustrating, but a bad player can not pick these weapons up and instantly become good. If you're trying to use a worse weapon and someone of similar skill to you stomps you, its only your fault.

3 RepliesThorn is used in crucible by just about everyone now. They'd use it a lot less If people started using the glitch that nulls the burn. Just start the sitting animation and you stop burning. You don't have to sit all the way either..tap down, the burn stops, pull out of the animation.

2 RepliesIf you got thorn, but can't beat another guy using it then just STFU; we don't want to hear it. many people haven't even finished the bounty for it and I did that bounty using just my class abilities and a sniper. its an exotic; every exotic is a scrub gun. get over it

If there using thorn use red death if threre using red death get TLW up close if there using the lastword stay at a distance with thorn boom problem solved you cant run into a group and expect to walk out of there alive do what i do hide behind a pillar wait for shots fired(no aggro on you) peak out shoot kill check flanks repeat

7 RepliesI have played every iron banner and grinded every class to all armor pieces in iron banner, I have close to 15,000 kills on each class in crucible, I have enough experience to say the thorn and last word and extremely poorly balanced in this game and are causing huge issues, same as the suros and vex did before them, mark of the devourer needs to be removed in crucible and the last words fire rate needs to be slightly lowered as well as its range. And before you make some snide comment I have every exotic and have used them all thoroughly in crucible, and my prediction kill ratio with almost every gun is over 50%.

1 ReplyI used thorn Day 5 of release..my first exotic was the lovely dark matter. The dark matter talked to me and I could see how the world of guardians killing other guardians..it was disgust and shame. I built of sadness and shed the blood and bones of our good remains. I was muffled with a torch of rage.. My sadness clouded to a various world I sought to never go back to. Thorn spoke to me clawing at my memories. I laughed one time..I don't remember when..but it was the way I saw the green shoot out of its body. The green shot poisoned the object and it destroyed its very existence with a plague... May "it" be the guidance of the 7th book of our very existence to knowledge.
