Crash Casket 81.
Beasty little shotgun. Bungie. It's a blue, and it reks even endgame PvE and PvP I've used legendaries that had a 331 attack stat and couldn't out DPS it, or out range it... It deserves a bump up to purple and the 331 attack stat.
that... or give more purple shotguns that impact and range besides fellwinter's.
