Are you playing using an old gen console? This is what I noticed when I'm playing on the PS3.

Not sure if it is just tied to the PS3 - but some of the gameplay is terrible nothing like beating up someone to have them suddenly glitch behind you and kill you...... get dropped into crucible matches 2 seconds from the end repeatedly..., get removed from the game world has become a regular phenomena ... or my new personal favourite having everyone on my team leave and no one dropped in to assist me - thanks for that Bungie
