Almost 500 replies! Glad everybody agrees!
I found a solution to please everybody. Just lower the RoF, so the gun keeps all its power, but if you don't get that OHK it's game over.
Edit: Another good idea is to make it only one round in the chamber, that way you have to reload after each shot.
Edit 2: I still think the RoF on this gun is too fast.
Edit 3: maybe we should reduce the amount of pellets shot by the gun? That might be a good idea!

Who cares, if someone misses with the first shot but still gets the kill, then the dead guardian just sucks and would have been killed by any other gun in destiny.

Solution- Make a new shotgun, that comes with field choke, shot package, hammer forged, AND rangefinder. Make it have the same stats as Felwinters, but triple the fire rate and double the range! There you go, nobody would use felwinters anymore.

The range isn't that amazing. Yes it's best in class but people act like its a 10m range. I have one and it gets 5 m tops. And a ROF nerf? Are you joking? I can already eat my dinner between each shot. TLDR no nerf needed.

So....do you also want to nerf found verdict, judgement, secret handshake, and basically all shotties with high impact and hammerforged/rangefinder/shotpkg? Ffs honestly, if you dont wanna get wrecked by a shotty, stay out of its range. Run, toss nades, outplay them. There are so many options to avoid shotties yet you ppl still cry so much. Shotties have seen 2 huge nerfs to their ranges so far and you ppl are STILL crying over them. If at this point you are getting killed by shotties, its either your fault for not being wary or its because of lag.

Yes, then reason for its lower range. Does your shotgun have auto-fire with good stability? Yes, then reason something to be lower. All guns have a give and take. Also there is no point in bitching because in two weeks that gun is going to get floored by other new / older shotguns. Found Verdict 365 anyone? Also having the ability to reforge all HoW weapons for better perks, I might add that reforging those weapons will be really cheap. So instead of crying about your secret handshake not being as good as another weapon. Go get this other weapon and be on a level playing field. Simple fix

I think they should keep the gun the way it is. The big change should be to blink. After a blink you have no shield for 2 seconds. Thus a melee or a couple shots from anything can knock you down. That way you have to be strategic about using them, not just a bonehead jumping around.

Buff auto rifles and remove all CQC maps from control. Problem solved.

But, I hope you and many other people crying nerf realize that it's the perks that make he gun and not the actual gun itself. If you're going to nerf it "again", then refund me my 200 motes of light and hours spent grinding? However regardless if it does get nerfed, I will still probably insta kill you from the same range by using my melee.

Hey I found a solution! Found verdict= same range can fire quicker which means it can overpower Felwinters Secret hand shake= higher RoF than Felwinters. Little less range but the RoF makes up for that.Can overpower felwinters Judgement= almost same impact/range higher RoF. Can overpower Felwinters

Lol the rate of fire on this thing is already insanely slow! There are much better shotguns. Hell, I've been trying to get a judgment with hammer forged and shot package. I get killed with that all the time.
