I have some of the best internet around, but that doesn't stop bungie's servers from disconnecting me. Also their help on the error codes is all wrong. Make sure you're NAT is set to open, that helps a little. But honestly I feel like bungie saw this when the game came out, "fixed" it, and has been ignoring us ever since. #stepupyourgame
