Your most embarrassing moment in a raid?
I think I had mine last night and I felt like such a fool. We're doing Atheon and he has a sliver of health left we get teleported to Venus and thinking I'm running gunslinger for oracles I pop my super and oh no I'm bladedancer and cause us to wipe. So embarrassing.

First time in vog. Told not to touch the relic. No clue what a relic is but when I'm told to hold X I -blam!-ing hold X.

We were trying to get through the Labyrinth on VoG and I missed the jump and landed flat on top of a Gorgon...

Unfortunately, I don't have any emmbarassing experience to share, on my firsts raids I just chose one guy and stuck beside him the whole time. I did whatever they told me to do. I did this until I got the hang of it, and knew what exactly I was supposed to do.

Went to distract bommers on crota all you see is blue and you hear a smash

I was jumping to the middle while defeating crota, missed, had to run around to get back up (hunter w/ blink) died to boomers and the oversoul murdered us...

First day that Vault of glass dropped me and 5 of my friends were so confident that we could complete it. We got the door open with ease, all of us then got on our speeders were boosting through the cave, didn't know to turn and went flying off the edge...

Doing bubble distraction for crota, accidentally throw my bubble in the middle instead of the boomer area... Everyone shoots rockets and kills themselves... I was so ashamed

Atheon, got him down to a sliver, and I go to use the super from the relic before I put the shield up but end up just flying off the edge of the middle platform. Atheon, have the bubble from the relic up as everyone is shooting, finger slips off the LB button and everyone dies.

Not knowing where the ogre room was, and running back to the Crystal room on my first hard mode Cursed thrall killed me, I left fireteam out of embarrassment -

When I did normal Crota my first time and I thought you had to kill him with guns soooooo being the noob I am I ran up to him with a shotgun aaaaand lets just say it didn't turn out so good for me

For a while in VoG when I was constantly the only one without an icebreaker for the oracles.

I went through the portal on VoG on my first run and got us all killed due to having no idea how to cleanse

I was gonna pop a bubble in the back of the middle platform in the VoG Hard. As I ran to the back, I pressed L1/R1 then I catapulted myself off the edge to my death. Guardian "Striker" Down

When I first played the VOG I was basically carries up to Atheon and then I did not have weapons strong enough to kill oracles. It was one week after they made the teleporting random and every time I went in I wasn't strong enough to take oracles down effectively. It was very embarrassing and I had to admit I was the reason and I was promptly booted. I then looked at the crucible gear and got myself a grim citizen and leveled it up and went back and showed those oracles what's what. But it was pretty embarrassing.

Running sword in Crota HM. Got a real nice set of hits on first sword and retreated to the ogre tower, but then instead of just waiting out Crota's movement on the right side, I for whatever reason decided to run up the right side stairs, fully visible, practically right in to Crota. Got him down the next run, but man was that stupid of me.

When I thought the gatekeeper was the swordbearer on crota for a solid 15 seconds. Everyone was like "where are you shooting right now?" "The sword bearer" I replied "Huh?" " oh wait....shit" Facepalm

Running the wrong way coming out of the Venus gate. Worse, I had the relic. Even worse than that, this wasn't my first raid, so I knew better. But at least I was able to reverse my turn and give my team 10 seconds worth of Time's Vengeance, so it wasn't an epic fail.
