First - full disclosure - while I have a maxed Warlock I've never played crucible with him so what I'm saying is going off the observation of watching others use them. From my experience, the people who are best at Sunsinger use Radiant Skin and can do massive damage/area denial by spamming grenades along with great mobility. Other times I see people use self-res and get killed/get one kill out of it because they are somewhat relying on the other person not paying attention to their body (or in some cases they just do it in terrible situations - I've had one res immediately after I shot him with golden gun and allow me to get another easy super kill on him). IMO, they super is fine but it doesn't get used as effectively as it should because a lot of people try to use it the same way they do in PVE.
