That's stupid. You get more damage per second if your sniping him on critical area with a sniper. When you use a rocket you can't shoot it inside the bubble, you have to reload every two shots and you make Atheon move around trying avoid rocket which will cause people in your fireteam who choose to shoot Atheon in his critical zone miss because you want to shoot him with rockets. You only have 6-7 rockets, when I have infinite amount of shots with my black hammer.

I play destiny for fun and I simply said that my friends and I all have gjallarhorns so we DESTROY atheon. No blackhammer or icebreaker bullshit. Also what I said was to troll, cuz lets face it, people grab onto b8 easily on this forums.
