question about playing together
Hi,
My son and I are Destiny fans. We both play. Is there a way for us to play together on the same xbox one console? If we were to get another xbox one could we play together then or would we need to get another copy of destiny and another separate xbox live account? It would be great if we could play together, since we are both big fans of destiny and bungie.
I know with halo we can sign in with a guest. Thanks.

As far as I know you'll have to get a new xbox a new live account and a new copy of destiny

You just need a 20" CRT for a 4 way split screen play, like back in the day. I kid of course, side by side gaming is going the way of the dodo.

If you can't play on the same console, but if you got another console you can share the gold membership and even the game (if you have a digital copy) by using the "home xbox" feature. My bf and I each have our own 2 console and profile but we only have 1 digital copy of Destiny and 1 gold membership that we share through "home xbox." It even allows you to play together

You could family share if you bought the game digitally. But you'll need a new subscription to xbox live gold.
