It won't work because other than everyone using time breaker (the fastest sparrow) it ties in with how loading speeds are different on everyone's own individual connection. That would limit the size of the map, where the whole thing could be loaded. Oh yeah and it not like they'd be able to make new maps just for sparrow racing, it took them ten years to make the planets we have now. It's just too much effort for something hardly anyone will play.
