I would like to refer you to the clan "Void". They are a highly competitive Xbox one clan with a small 360 member-base. They are really active and I believe the clan k/d is around 2.5.
Edit: Try talking to anatamize. He is the clan leader.

I have been a part of that clan and most of its top players along with me left because of all the drama that surrounded it as soon as anatamize came back to run the clan. I don't want to be a part of a clan that doesn't have proper leadership and/or has separation between it's players. Thanks for the post though, I appreciate having a reader :D
