I think they should build a system that allows other fireteam members to use your weapons but I don't really know if I like the idea of a full on trading system.. What I think they need to do is create a mini shared fireteam vault that anyone in the said fireteam can access and you could put your weapons that you would like your teammates to be able to use in that vault and once the fireteam disbands or a person leaves their weapons leave with them... That way it gives people a reason to earn multiples of good weapons and gives less fortunate players a chance to use some of the best guns the game has to offer

Thanks, I still think a fireteam vault would be better... I think they should have to be playing with you to be able to use your weapons and a clan vault would suggest anyone in the clan could pull from some huge vault whenever they want.. Plus there are a ton of players that are not in clans..
