Every game leaving behind its unique formula to try and cash in on the CoD crowd. 343 Halo is a perfect example.
That and companies trying to fix things that aren't broken -- trying to add things just for the sake of change. "Inovative" they call it, but it just ends up being gimmicky as hell, and end up being detrimental to gameplay.
Counter Strke has barely changed in it's 15 or so years you incompetent devs! And it's still at the top. Maybe you should pay attention!
Lastly Destiny DLC is definitely concerning. Paying the same price for less content (Xbox)? Lets not forget Destiny is half the content of an average Xbox one game, and they want us to fork over $20 more for a couple more gigs worth of content? Two expansions are out and it's still 3/4 the content of an average Xbox game. You've essentially played $100 for 3/4 a game that's ridiculous...

You make some very good points, 343 -blam!-ed up with Halo 4 multiplayer and cod'fied the MP. Thankfully Halo 5 MP from the beta is a step in the right direction IMHO but I know others will still say it's COD. Especially those that haven't played it. Destiny's lack of content is a joke and I totally agree, due to sales I really hope other developers do not try and pull the same shit.

Not bursting my bubble lol, I anticipated that response. Didn't piscine prat tell you that (apparently) I am a 343 apologist? I know from here people dislike it and other people really liked it. From Halo 4 I feel it's a vast improvement. I did like it, and no I am not new to Halo, it was better than the Halo 4 MP. I think and I have also fed it back on Waypoint that they must have a classic mode for MP in Halo 5, with no sprint, armour abilities, custom load outs, friendly fire off, power ups on the map. They have mentioned in customs you can do this but they need a game mode in matchmaking. I won't go on and say what I enjoyed about it as I respect your opinion. But know I really enjoyed the beta and I still really enjoy old school Halo on MCC and 360, Xbox Original. Hopefully 343 can appease everyone and include both modes.
