The tier 3 and 6 perks could be either extended mag and glass half full or zen moment and head seeker
Changes in weapon firing and damage type affect all stats similar to the way arc and solar damage change the MurMur's stats. This would include magazine size.
Please comment and/or give other reasonable perk combinations
