gear doesn't matter in pvp only in iron banner weapons damage is based on impact

I know but i get no extra bonuses for anything. Like grenades, supers, melee, orbs, reload etc.

yeah but damage is the same and the melee doesn't make much difference in pvp super may be the only plus

Sure the gun doesnt lose any dmg but its got low accuracy, rate of fire, stability and clip size. I mean it takes almost a full clip to kill on guardian which is ridiculous. Also i have tried before on IB with 20 gear it was ridiculous. Everyone one shot me and my crits only did 1 dmg it was great! Lol
