A headshot will definately kill faster than a toe shot but yea it will still kill them, the same is true in destiny though. A headshot is a faster kill in either game. I play hardcore mode in CoD, so a few hits is a kill with any gun as long as the range isn't too far. To me this rewards speed and precision much more than other modes while allowing all guns to be effective. (some guns are underpowered in that game too but nothing like destiny imo) In destiny too many times I have the drop on someone and start shooting them, in the head even, only to be dropped quickly by a golden gun or titan smash. Or perhaps they just melee kill me AFTER I kill them(this happens all the time) I get my scorestreaks in most matches of call of duty, and while a chopper gunner is much stronger in comparison to a super in destiny at least I had to earn it. I also have some say in how many streaks my opponents call in, if I am able to prevent their streaks by killing them. Getting your super requires no skill, even though a skilled player will earn it a bit faster. In the end I guess it's to each his own. I don't really play destiny PvP anymore since my clan all disappeared, I much prefer CoD. Destiny is much better in story though although the content does get old pretty fast. That's just my opinion.
