Cheers mate. The two big issues I have with the exclusives aren't that they exist or even how good they are but the duration of the exclusivity and the amount of content locked from us in relation to what's actually in the game at present.
Don't get me wrong, Call of Duty has a months exclusivity for dlc with Xbox and there are other similar deals on both sides bothered also the console exclusive weapons in other games but they're little extras. In a game with a limited number of exotics we currently miss out on 4 and where there's only 6 strikes PS gets and additional 3. (sorry if I got the numbers wrong).
It's a comparatively high percentage of the game were locked out of for a long period of time for the same price. If it was a weapon or two that I could live with. But it's currently a lot of content we lose out on - regardless of quality.

Agreed. Any Xbox exclusivity (usually COD) is limited to a month or two at most. The only aspect of the Sony/Bungie deal that has ever bothered me is the fact it's for [i]12 months.[/i] Business is business but that's just excessive, in my opinion.

And what makes it worse is by the time we get access to the strikes there'll be no reason to play them other than to see what they're like as they'll be much lower level than we are at that point. We'll only have cause to play them when they're weekly heroics and nightfalls. It's been crap for PS players too as there's been no reason for them to play these strikes so far either as they're not included in the list for the weeklies and nightfalls. Other than sony players getting the exotic weapons it doesn't seem anyone has really benefitted from this deal. Even Bungie created content no one is really playing except maybe once.
