How is your Nightfall luck overall?
I generally just do the Nightfall for the 25% gain to xp now. I've only got 3 exotics (NLB, Universal Remote and Knucklehead Radar) from around 25 Nightfalls since I started doing them.
How is everyone else's luck in Nightfalls? Not just this week but overall...
Edit: Thanks for the replies. As with most of us probably, I generally get materials or coins, or a crappy roll on a legendary. Think I've only kept 1 or 2 legendary weapons (void LDR was one I was glad to get a month or 2 ago). Got 19 coins from 2 runs this week so far. Suppose that's better than dismantling a crappy legendary...
Edit 2: Just did my 3rd nightfall for the week and got Praxic Fire. Had to Xurn it before it would drop for me! Only 6 more discipline so no reason to upgrade it. Got to be happy anyway :)

Not sure...didn't run it this week. I did crota Hard and Atheon instead......all I got was mats. My boys ran nightfall and the raids......one got montecarlo......the rest got more mats.

I was on a streak for three weeks where I got an exotic on all three characters. Now I'm lucky to get one.

23 NF's in a row with mats only. The last 2 broke the record and awarded 2 exotics for a different class! I am warlock, not titan or hunter, Bungie. You look into the vault no doubt you peer into the class construct also. You can give class specific in the RAIDS but not elsewhere RNG, my ..... 55 exotic weapons of 5 types now. Really. Who are you kidding about random. You are clearly dictating what gets dropped and to whom by algorithms and not randomness... I haven't bought an exotic shard since the first day Xur sold them. I have a vast collection now, thanks to RNG... I would rather coins as they are usable for purchase in the off chance Xur sells something anyone wants. Materials are useless, you ensured that yourself. Exotic shards are useless now, (you need exotics to upgrade and you do not drop them anyway) so remove the exotic shards and apply a random item which at least we would have an RNG chance of acquiring. Do what you did with Necro (get it fully upgraded like all exotics should be!). You nutter them anyway after we have spend a lot of time leveling them so just start that way and save us the trouble... I know it is really difficult of perceive the concept that people actually like to be rewarded for their efforts, but in the off chance you have this thought (i.e.: your salary after a job is done), understand the reason so many are leaving for other games. Let me spell it out for you so it does not cause an aneurysm: [We play Weekly and get coins --> Vendors and/or Xur sells an array of items which we can buy]. Novel ideaI I know but I am probably just 1 of 6 billion who has already said that. As it is now; we play weekly and get crap and if not lucky get more crappy stuff which are immediately sharded. At least RNG has the common sense to shard most junk for us ahead of time. Your reward system be intended to keep people grinding but it is actually grinding people! I only have 7 online friends of over 200 who are still playing Destiny. The rest have left for other games and I doubt they will be returning for HOW or Comet or anything else you offer cause it is just more of the same... Your game is a great game but you are its greatest failing... Gun is too powerful so nuter the entire class. Really, you should work for, well, I can't find anyone ready to employ anyone with that Bass Ackward thinking... Last time is checked, the customer is always right, but you never got that point. Unfortunate...

Lately it's been bad - I ran a bunch of people through it last week and literally every run except for one both players I was helping would get exotics. I got none all week. But i struck gold this week- thunderlord and a plan C from NF- plus other exotics from raids

Terrible luck, I've only gotten duplicate weapons, or weapons that have terrible perk rolls, or just ascendant shards, which I don't need anymore

Mine is genuinely pretty good. I usually get 1 exotic a week sometimes two. However, those exotics are almost always duplicates (I have about half the exotics in the game). Although this week i got my 2nd Gjallarhorn so i shouldnt really be complaining.

2 legendary weapons this week and 12 coins. About par for the course. I rarely get exotics but I have them all already so no big deal right now.

I seem to get exotic weapons that I already had, but moreso, I get legendary faction machine guns..kinda annoying.

So far I got eleven coins (always better than shards, energies, or legendaries) and Symbiote Acrphylage (duplicate, but has better stats) or however you spell it. One more to go, but no too shabby so far, but then I'm not really wanting anything so.......
