If you have been logged-in since before the reset time, you may not be in the new cycle yet; Phogoth was last week and Nexus is this week... Did you check your inventory to confirm that you did not get the coins? Sometimes they do not show on the rewards screen and then appear for you once you go to orbit after the mission... You can also check on the Bungie App. to see if the "system" reflects that you completed the event for this new cycle or not. If you did, then you should have received the coins even if they were not shown on the rewards screen. I hope this helps...
