I just did it, thought it would take forever as I'm not great at crucible but once I adjusted a few things with my play style it was quick, taught me a bit actually. You need a good primary, don't worry about void damage, just something to take people down before they take you down as a last resort. Then just roll void shotgun and a void heavy, stay in areas where shotguns rule, like corners and tight spots, try and get heavy every time and don't be too aggressive with it, stay back and wait till everyone else uses theirs up or dies, then get all the easy void kills with it. Be prepared to pull out your primary if you get caught out in an area where you can't use your shotgun.

Do you have Word of Crota? I didn't but I imagine it might help as its a void primary and hand cannons are pretty good in PvP. Use a shotgun unless you're good with snipers, I find them too unreliable. I think I was lucky enough to have some void weapons with good rolls. I feel your pain man, just keep at it.

I run with a khostov , legendary secondary and a rare rockets and it took me 4-5 matches lol easiest bounty just time consuming
