Yes. I noticed this as well. Had the bounty. Completed the strike and didn't get credit for it. Happened to me twice in the past week or so.

I had never had it happen before, but I just got the bounty done after 4 runs. It seems that the last thing you damage before the boss dies has to be the boss in order to complete the bounty.

Ya. That's strange. Been doing the bounty forever and didn't have that happen anytime before
