Vanguard weapons are shit there is no reason to use them after getting raid and exotic gear.

Vanguard gear maybe but certain faction gear is pretty decent, being able to reroll that stuff would be awesome. Judgment VI, with shot package and hammer forged, would be the 2nd best shotgun in the game after FL, Three Little Words has the same TTK as red death it already has nice perks but those could be traded out for different preferences. Theres tons of combinations that could make some lackluster guns more competitive.

Only Iron Banner guns are worth the time due to rerolled perks.

Well ya but there are plenty of people who didnt get FL when it was for sale, and whom also werent lucky enough to get it as a random drop in the crucible. The next best option for them would be a judgement VI with SP and HF, so being able to reroll other faction, vanguard, and crucible gear could be beneficial to some players. It sucks that they are all predefined it would at least be nice if the perks on all the sold gear rotated maybe weekly or something like that, would make things less predictable and make some guns worth using.
