The thing is exotics only allow you to equip one weapon and one piece of gear, if this new "Myth" class is stronger, what are the repercussions of using it? A lot of questions arise right off the get go: How many Myth pieces can you use at once? If you can only use 1 Myth armour piece can you use a Myth Weapon? Can you use a Myth Primary and an Exotic secondary? Can you use a Myth chest piece and an exotic helmet?

  • I would like to assume that 1 Myth gear = 2 Exotics So if you have a Myth helmet on, let's say, everything else you are wearing, including weapons, must be Legendary. Myth gear, in theory, must be really freaking good to warrant that, as well as uber-rare/difficult to acquire. I feel like that degree of difficulty requires a more in-depth questing system that this game does not, and will not have, ever. HOWEVER, if they do Destiny 2 right and give it more depth, then something like this will fit in nicely.

  • I agree, the worst thing about exotics is just that, they aren't "exotic" at all. I'd be surprised if most people who play at least once a week don't have 3+ exotic gears or weapons. If this new Myth class is added in the future to any of their games, it would have to be like the name suggests, a myth if it exists or not, until someone finally gets one somehow and starts telling people.
