Depleted exotic weapon core
I am up to the Depleted Exotic Weapon Core part of the bounty Shattered Memory Fragment and I have broken down 9 rare or better fusion rifles. I then broke down a light of the abyss and got no charge, so I broke down another and still got nothing. Is there a reason they didn't work. They are after all a legendary fusion rifle. Please help as I am rather annoyed to have dismantled not 1 but 2 of my favourite fusion rifles without gaining anything.

Bungie is aware of this issue and is doing what they can to fix it. It's too bad you lost those guns, but there is no way to get them back. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12538

It's a broken description. Idk about purple weapons but it definitely doesn't work on exotics
