I hate my life (obvious sarcasm isn't so obvious apparently)
So today Xur was selling Hardlight which I promptly bought because I like to collect these things. Then I went with some friends and did the nightfall, and it dropped frickin HARDLIGHT! My very first exotic primary dropped from the nightfall was a duplicate I had bought THAT day. RNGesus has frowned upon me.
So has this ever happened to you?

Xur was selling Don't Touch Me (hunter gloves). I didn't buy them but bought 2 glove engrams from him. Both decrypted to Don't Touch Me and I got one from the Nightfall the same day
