No OMNIGUL heroic without Eris completion
No queuing without quest completion?
So retarded. Just another thing to add to the list of poorly designed gameplay "features."
Right up there with 26 click app gear switching (who the fvck designs these things? You devs need to take a god damn usability class), repetitive "questing" (wouldn't call it questing so much as locked in a game mode), and about 300 squares too short vault space and endless load screens.
Fvck this I'm going to play GTA5
Edit: I'm letting people draw me into dumb arguments when I should be playing GTA. Listen, I get that you think I'm bitching, and I for sure am. This thing is an irritant when it can just be bypassed through a fire team leader that has the completion, and therein lies why it's super stupid.

I agree it's stupid. Personally I think all planets should be unlocked for each character after you've completed it with your first. The story portion of this game was no good please don't make me go through it three times.

If u go to lfg an get invited to a grp you can run it reguardless. Same with nightfall

It takes around an hour to do the quests required for it. It's been like this since December. Get over it.

If you get to the point in eris questline where you're supposed to best omnigul, you can knock out the bounty and the strike all in one

4 RepliesEven better, I have finished Eris quests and am on urn and still can't do it. But I was able to queue on the 2 characters yesterday for it but didn't have time...today I do and it says I haven't finished the quests. I'm so annoyed.

2 RepliesI don't think you get the decent drops as you normally would (should) either, well I certainly didn't, it was my second profile which hadn't completed so a mate invited me into the weekly heroic, took us a couple of attempts and I got a mote of light, I'd have got 9 coins for doing it on the weekly so was expecting something a little more than a mote of light, it was laughable! Typical of this game! My original profile the reward was half decent (can't remember what gun it was) And who ever mentioned the completion of the bounties in 30 minutes, Ye ok ! they take 30 minutes each if not longer, I think I've done 4 up to now, I won't do any more as I want to see exactly what the drop is myself next week.

No, I agree with OP. I don't care about eris bounties or rank. When the first Omnigul NF came up i found out the hard way and had to do everything on both characters, which is REALLY dumb. Why not just unlock it when you do everything on 1 char? Who knows. The upside? Had i known, i would've done them earlier cause you get free version 2.0 gauntlets(? iirc) for finishing them. Plus you rack up some really good marks, xp, and motes, again...iirc. Been awhile.
