Yeah, trying to take out an far-off Knight only for a Thrall to run in front of you and interrupt your aim is annoying, I'll admit.
I'm sure many players would appreciate if auto-aim could freely be turned on and off.

Yeah true it is a bit of a problem in the PVE too but mostly in the pvp too And you are right I wish there was a way to turn off
