The most annoying accidental death
I know there's a million ways to accidentally die in this game so I want everyone to post their least favorite death and throw the audience the funny details with it too

I remember I was going to for flawless raider achievement on Croats end and as we were forming the bridge , the sword bearer comes out right, so of course my trigger happy ass decides to use gjallahorn , but here comes the funny part , I checked my surroundings carefully to make sure there wasn't a thrall in sight , and as I fire the rocket , this little midget thrall decides we wanted to see some fireworks today and runs at me on some usain bolt type shit and of course gjallahorn takes the bate with its proximity detention perk and kills me . Funniest death by far

Doing POE 32 last week, on round 4 (Vex with the VIP minotaur), I start unloading Truth rockets at the center platform to kill/wear down the group of minotaurs as the teleport in, when a goblin teleports in from the side, close enough to me to trigger the proximity detonation on my rocket right as I fire.

Hitting the glide button right after the highest part of the jump trying to get some distance. Slowly realizing I f-d up as I glide ever gracefully to the platform. I know I won't make it but secretly think I'm fine. I got this! Noticing as I get closer I'm not fine. I'm coming in too low and too hot. My foot clips the very top of the platform causing me to scrape the side as I slowly glide downwards. I say my goodbyes as I admit my failings all while praying my fireteam didn't see. As I hear the dreaded guardian down. A low rumble begins. Laughter erupts as someone says, "Haha nice jump man." All I can do is agree and simply state I forgot I was on my warlock. Then we whoop Atheon's ass.

What about that one moment in a crucible match when heavy ammo finally drops and you're about to pick it up when a teammate shoulder charges into the box and for some hit box voo-doo $hit reason you're sent flying at a wall. But your realization is too late as your character's face is utterly shattered against a blam!-ing wall to have the game blame it all on some architects.

Definitely getting pushed by teammates. Other stuff can definitely be frustrating, but at least things are generally in one's own control.

was solo'ing the wolves at skywatch killed em where the helicopters are , Chest spawned behind the fence ran over the building jumped down and some-how with full health died on the rock Major WTF moment and cos I died couldn't open the chest

All the time on VoG at least once I fall of the side of the map area. Its so annoying and I don't often do normal so I can't get revived till the end

Lol my teammate was firing rockets at skolas. Seeing as how I was in his way, I decided to jump so he can have a clear shot. However, he thought he'd just jump over me and shoot, and ended up shooting me in midair and killed himself in the explosion.

On Crota the team kicked me Bcuz I died from a rocket that was detonated by my teammate standing right in front of me... :(
